Objectives: Project Management course is designed to prepare students to be able to plan, run and complete projects successfully in terms of setting the goal/scope of the project, raising fund for the project if necessary, making work plan, forming team, delivering outcomes, understanding/meeting different needs of stakeholders, managing project budget, dealing various conflicts and issues, closing and following up the project.

Learning Outcomes: Students are not limited to notional learning, but are accompanied in a path of acquiring appropriate skills.
Contents:
Planning the Project; Managing the Project; Completing the Project.

Methodology: Project Management Course invites active students’ feedback, discussions and exercise during the session. Powerpoint material for lecture will be provided prior to the class and in-class room handout for team exercise will also be utilized.

Means of evalution: There will be 5-6 quiz to assess the understanding of the students on the each of the session. The result of the quiz will be utilized for the student evaluation at the end of the session.
