RILETTURA DI UN CAMMINO DI CHIESA, A 60 ANNI DALLA LUMEN GENTIUM (1964-2024)

“Church, what do you say about yourself?” asked Paul VI at the opening of the second session of the Second Vatican Council; “Church, what have you heard of yourself?” asked the Assembly of the Synod of Bishops just concluded.

The International Congress, organized in collaboration by the General Secretariat of the Synod and the Collegium Maximum of the Pontifical Gregorian University, constitutes the first act of theological reflection after the close of the second sessionof the Synod Assembly.

“From the Council to the Synod” says the path of the Church, which the Congress intends to retrace, rereading the Synod in the light of the council and the Council in the light of the Synod.

«Dal concilio al Sinodo» dice il cammino della Chiesa, che il Congresso intende ripercorrere, rileggendo il Sinodo alla luce del concilio e il Concilio alla luce del Sinodo.
