This is a very rich volume that delves into the phenomenon of forced migration generated by the multiple crises in the World to then land in Europe and Italy. Places that while not are the main points of arrival and reception of those on the run, emerge as spaces where not only international protection is being eroded, but also the cornerstones legal bound to the three major conventions: the Geneva Convention, the Human Rights Convention and that of the protection of the child.
