LA LEADERSHIP COME SERVIZIO NELL'IMPRESA: Un nuovo modello di etica per il manager

The project " Leadership come servizio nell’impresa: un nuovo modello di etica per il manager " comes to a close with a final event open to all interested parties.

The meeting is scheduled for 21 February, starting at 3 p.m., at the Aula Magna of the Pontifical Biblical Institute, Piazza della Pilotta 35.

The event is free and open to all interested.

High-level speakers will discuss leadership, ethics and the results of the project, with the participation of managers and the set of reflections and tools that emerged in the Workshops, led to the creation of a new Model of Managerial Ethics.

The project originated from a Strategic Initiative of Fondirigenti, was promoted by Federmanager Roma and Unindustria Roma - Frosinone - Latina - Rieti - Viterbo, and was entrusted to a company immersed in daily dealings with managers, such as CDI Manager. For the design and management of a Survey (127 managers responding) and in-depth sessions and workshops, CDI Manager made use of Federmanager Academy and Unindustria Perform, the management schools, respectively, of the national Federmanager system and the Confindustria system in Rome and Lazio.

What converged in the Model is a collective work developed in the sessions and in the Workshops, and it is obviously an open model susceptible to extensions and different declinations: Fondirigenti's intention is, as always, that it becomes a usable and replicable tool in companies throughout the Country.
