Objectives: The course will bring students to reflect on the importance of a mature relationships, in relation to oneself, in order to set healthy boundaries and create safe relationships. A reflection on homosexuality and sexual orientation will be involved.

Learning Outcomes: At the end of the practical week, students will be able to recognize the importance of boundaries and be able to identify the main elements of a mature and healthy relationship, which may be a defense against any kind of abuse. The will also have the chance to reflect on sexual orientation and how crucial it is to consider within their culture context in order to prevent abuses.

Content: How to live a chaste life in a positive way; healthy relationships and friendships, psychosexual maturity; adequate integration of sexual desires/fantasies; issues related to masturbation and pornography.

Methodology: The course will combine lectures, readings and seminar discussion.

Means of evaluation: Evaluation will be based on class participation and reflections.
