XP2020  COLLABORATIVELY DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING CODES OF CONDUCT (A.Y. 2024/2025)

Objectives: The course will teach students the main steps of writing a code of conduct, from the selection of the context and the target group, to the common recommendations, and the language to use to be clear and effective.

Learning Outcomes: At the end of the course, students will be able to draft a code of conduct for a group of people/stakeholders in their particular contexts or workplaces.

Content: Assessment of existing codes; managing breaches of codes of conduct; confidence to speak out and challenge inappropriate behavior and boundary violations when they are not necessarily abuse.

Methodology: The course will combine lectures, readings, and seminar discussion.

Means of evaluation: Evaluation will be based on class participation and a written paper.
